John Zurisk -

John began training in the martial arts at ten years old and has since earned rank in various Karate styles, Judo, Aikido and Tae Kwon Do/Hapkido. He has also trained in Jiu-Jitsu, most noteably he began his study of jiu-jitsu with the great Rickson Gracie. John won the ISKA Ultimate Breaker title (televised on ESPN) and also earned the Competitor of the Year in 2009, 2010 and 2011 in competitive breaking with the United States Breaking Association and World Breaking Association. He also holds a number of competitive records in concrete and board breaking and holds a World Record with the most 2x4s broken in 10 seconds with a kick.

Michele Zurisk -

Michele began training in Karate in 2003 and has excelled in fighting and forms (with and without weapons). She has also participated in breaking events, teaches womens self-defense, and has developed a sucessful children's karate program for younger kids. Michele recently received her 2nd degree black belt. Also, Michele recently took first place in weapons kata, empty hand kata and fighting at the Arnold Martial Arts Expo in Ohio on March 2010!

Bill Homann -

Bill has an incredible wealth of knowledge and vast experience in the martial arts. His lengthy career in karate is highlighted by his instruction of pressure point techniques (tuite) which is incorporated within his F.E.D. system (Fast, Easy, and Deadly). This highly effective self-defense approach uses both small circle jiu-jitsu and strikes upon specific pressure points on the body. Many students that have learned his techniques find his instruction both challenging and rewarding on a physical and mental level.
